New Rear Wheel Bearings Toast After <500 Miles

I just did a rear end service on my 94 Pickup including new wheel bearings. After less than 500 miles, they are shot. Sounds like a bag of marbles on both sides. They are good bearings from Marlin Crawler but both toast after such a short time is crazy to me. I've done the job before with no issues so I don't think it was an installation error. The noise is so bad I thought my brakes were metal to metal.

Anyone else have something like this happen? Any ideas on something I might have done wrong with installation? Think MC will replace them?

Tried to upload video of the noise but am having format troubles. Just know that is sounds like the big money wheel on The Price is Right.
