Wheel cylinder kit has different spring

My wheel cylinder is rhe shorter spring on the left. The kit came with the spring on the right. Should I return these and get a matching set?
the truck is a extended cab and single rears dlx so half ton. The spring is throwing me off. I ordered another kit and the seals are correct but spring is also long version.

Okay guys im new to the drum brakes. I was not sure which wheel cylinder kit to get. I accidentally ordered 1 ton 7/8inch.
the outside seals were different than the ones I had.
With trial and error in learned that once I got the original wheel cylinder off. The inside seal has 15/16 thankfully I noticed and not used the 7/8inch seals since their slightly smaller.
I ordered another set from auto zone since the outside seals matched the ones i have but they were also 7/8 inch inside seals. I only need the outside seals.
why is it so complicated to find the right part.
also I think the 7/8 springs are slightly stronger.
I ordered another set that is 15/16 hope the spring is different strength. Ill get it tomorrow

drum brakes can be a pain, it helps to take the old parts to the store if possible.

turn the drums if you can find a shop that still does it :-/ coupled with a new set of shoes it can make a difference.

larger bore i.d. wheel cylinders would be the right choice with a bigger i.d. master cylinder, for instance i used these 1" bore slave cylinders with the 1" fj80 master on my 4runner:
Amazon Amazon

for $14 it's not worth the rebuilding hassle; the smaller bores are cheaper.

thank you for the response. At this point im so confused. Turns out that the truck has different wheel cylinders.
The left had a 7/8
The right had a 15/16
now im super confused since i dont know what it had originally.

the truck is a extra cab v6 and the front calipers are F18Q calipers.

now based on this info im leaning on getting the 15/16 cylinder.
would the bigger cylinder cause the rear brakes to grab first or the front would still grab first? @osv
