Well, took the truck to the paint shop this afternoon. Now sit back and wait, but still have the door panels, back wall panel to do while it’s gone, Then carpet, dash, seat covers, and anything else.

Are you painting the plastic bits? Does painting hold up? Primer first?

(I was born in Rockingham. We lived in Hamlet. My dad worked with the railroad. He also raced at Rockingham along with an uncle. Long time ago!)

Well, at least you know where Rockingham is! Yes I am using the SEMS plastic prep and color coat. Used it on the 70 Challenger I have and very satisfied. Thanks for looking. David.

These pics are of most of the interior parts. I am still not sure about the dash. It’s covered with vinyl and reconfigured to allow the vent inserts to still fit. The door panels are vinyl insert. The back wall is covered in carpet that matches the floor when it’s time to install. Waiting on some elastic cord to arrive to reinstall the two netting pouches on the back wall .All the parts have been painted with Sems Color Coat. The truck is still in the shop. The painter works full time and paints part time.No hurry. I got time.
