Doesn't look to be in bad shape...

I guess I can't complain about how far away I am from you if he had his truck shipped to you from Hawaii!

well with covid , no staff , and everything that has happened ..
its now time to get back on this thing , its been here wayyyy to long . Delivery date is coming very soon .
I'm not a fan of cutting for the shock towers , so I streched the inner wheel house for them to fit .
so .. cab coming off , stripped now and sending out for blasting

well stews build is now in the works again ..
working on a few pieces .. frame is just needing final welding and off to the blaster .

working on the HVAC system .. what a mess!!
of course all the foams crumbled/disintegrated as soon as they were moved . disassembled all 3 boxes , cleaned doors , heater motor squirrel cage and motor , A/C evaporator
new o rings .. boxes into our parts washer and cores pressure checked , and all cleaned , new foam .. and back together .
not really a restoration , this truck isnt here for that , but more of a "re-new" .

What did you do for the pads on the bed where the rails rest on the frame? For future reference. Mine were in ok shape when I swapped beds a few months ago.
