Work in Progress-3rd Gen rear bumper

3rd Gen REAR BUMPER-Custom
UPDATED PICS
A local friend/welder/fabricator(Weldone Fabricating) has started on a rear bumper for my Limited 99. It will mount to the frame. Have D-shackles, an integrated hitch, and a cut-out for the exhaust. Like the ARB, it will be painted to match. Thanks SS3, BruceTS and everyone else for pics, advice, pointers, and knowledge.
The pic w/ the circle shows where that side needs to be leveled out a little better. There are two bolts per side that mount to the frame and have nuts welded on the inside.

I suppose I should be more specific: The welds from the bumper to the frame tube look pretty solid, but the ones on the receiver look more like several overlapping tacks than a continuous (read: properly penetrating) weld. They sure are purty looking though, I'll give 'em that!
**edit**
I'm hoping that receiver passes through the bumper and gets welded on the backside too. It may be overkill, but if it were me, I'd rather not take the chance.

It weighs about 75-85#. The stock bumper and Hidden Hitch weigh the same if not more. Monday the muffler shop rerouted the exhaust and a few adjustments will be made to the bumper itself.
The shop will make whatever, but won't stock anything. He is a one man show and prefers to work alone. HE also said that he prefers to build w/ the rig there. However if anyone was ionteresred I could use my rig as the "template." It is not a big deal b/c it only takes him 15 hours to build mine. I dropped the truck off at 9am wednesday and by 3pm Friday--done.
