Free tube bender plans

Hey guys, I was surfing the web last night and found www.pro-tools.com is giving away plans to build one of their benders. I just printed mine out and they are pretty complete and looks like other than the dies, pretty easy to build. The capacity is up to 2" round or square tube, and dies are in the 2-300 range

I dont understand why tube benders are so rediculously expensive? Supply and demand?

They're not state of the art technology..

I would say they are pretty reasonable - you can buy a ARB bumper or a tube bender and some tubing and make your own.
better yet, talk your friend into buying one so you can use it.
