Well here goes. I've been cheking this site out for a few months now, and finally decided to go ahead and get another toy to play with. My dad has always had Toyota trucks, including an 87 4runner. I was missing my Bronco, but not the gas mileage, so all I needed was a good deal. I found this on ebay (same place i got the Bronco) and won it Christmas eve for $1200!




Found a nice spot out on the river to take a few pics. The third one shows the overall body condition of the truck, not great, but not too bad either.
It's an 88 sr5 v6. It's got 31's on steel wheels, a beat up pushbar with Hella lights, and a custom rear plexiglass window with cabinet knobs for the up/down action.
First step is a good cleaning. I've got a ton of extra stereo gear sitting around to install once I get that rear window fixed. Other than the cosmetics it runs pretty good. Went and got some tune-up stuff today, hope that smooths it out a bit.
