HID kit Group Buy for YT members

okay, so i know there are many mixed feelings on HID kits on any car forum, and yotatech is no different. I personally run a retrofit on my 4runner, and i believe pics are floating around here on YT, but i have the opportunity to sell hid kits to you YT members at substantially less than can be found on the internet.

To be upfront, i will state that 99.9999% of ALL hid kits come out of China. Period. no if ands, or buts about it. there are no "philips" or "hella" made kits. I have used HID kits for various purposes since 2003, and have honestly seen the difference a properly done retrofit can make, but i know there are people who prefer the lower price, looks of "blue" headlights, or whatever else that still decide to buy HID kits. Therefore, i have decided to offer a group buy price to YT members for their lighting wants and needs. I can offer the normal H1, H3, H4/9003, H7, 9005, 9006, H11, H13, 881, 882, d2s, d2r etc in 3000k, 4300k, 6000k, 8000k, 1000k, and 12000k color temps. Note that color temperature is unproportional to light output if you didn't know that already.

Now for the details: I am running this offer for YT and some other audio/car forums that i use, and am in no way trying to get rich quick with this. The kits will come with 2 ballasts, 2 bulbs, connectors, and instructions. There will be a 2 year warranty on ballasts and bulbs that i will personally take care of, so no need for you to hassle with excessive emails and/or phone calls.

The pricing will be as follows:
single xenon (low beam only) kit: 100 shipped
low beam xenon, high beam halogen: 110 shipped
low xenon, high xenon (bixenon): 130 shipped

i am doing this for fellow enthusiasts and others who are interested in not paying for overpriced kits backed by rash claims by the seller/company as to their products origin and/or patents and whatever

I am a yotatech member, and have been for over 4 years, so i am not just a vendor here to make a buck off of YT members..this is to help those out who also love their tacoma, 4runner, t100, tundra, P/u, camry, corolla whatever it is you drive/own.

if you are interested, post here saying pm sent, and pm me:
-bulb type
-color temp
-quantity
-your name, so i can address you by that instead of your sn

In order to get these prices, i'll have to build interest and get a decent quantity, so let me know, and i can have them shipped to you at the end of the GB. This will be open for 30 days, and thereafter i can have the kits shipped out and to you in a few days.

Buy from a real person, real member, and someone who will take care of you should something go wrong.

lmk guys!

Thanks,
Jon

sealed beam? if so, then you could get a sealed beam conversion (to h4) off ebay for like 25 bucks, and run a hid kit in them (i'd recommend a bixenon or high/low so you can keep your high beams)

I have a '90 Ext Cab pickup and I hate the headlights. My problem, in order to change headlights requires the removal of the front grill which means off comes my front tube bumper. A lot of hassles to change a headlight. Is there anything available that allows me to change the light ( sealed beam, bulb whichever ) without the above inconvenience? I have pics of my truck available if that makes it easier.

Thanks,

Bill
