California Mini-Truck

Hey guys,

I'm pretty picky on who I endorse and usually my endorsements are judged upon three criteria:

- customer service
- parts availability
- pricing

...in that order

Today, I went down to California Mini-Truck, a Toyota parts dismantler in Montclair, CA. While they did not have the part i was looking for, they sure did make an effort to source it. The person I dealt with was a guy named Troy. A very personable and knowledgable guy. If you call them, definitely ask for him. He mentioned he hangs out at Pirate, so many of you might be familiar with him.

In anycase, if you're looking for used parts, give Troy a call. Here's the company's info:

Ooh cool... I've been wondering where to find some certain parts. If these guys have your approval then I'll definitely need to give them a call.

Thanks for the contact info Bob!

Yeah, Troy is a really helpful guy who's into Toyota's, I've been buying from him for over 8 years back when he worked for Fermans and he stands by what he sells and will go the extra mile to help you.

Called up Troy and he gave me a couple different suggestions to the part I'm looking for instead of selling it to me outright because he knew that it would be such a pain to install.

He gets my vote of confidence too

California Mini-Truck---GREAT customer service

Long story short, I called Troy at
Cal Mini Truck to get a part, he took is time to make sure I was ordering what i needed, not what he wanted to sell, he answered all my questions, answered all my calls to him, if i had to leave him a message, he called me back, that day, and answered all my emails, that day.
The part was just what I wanted, just as excepted, and fast shipping.
California Mini Truck gets an A +
