4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers Retail Store

I've visited the local store in Duluth, GA several times.

I recently had to get a tire replaced (Pro Comp) because of a gashed sidewall. Since I bought the tires from someone else, it couldn't be replaced under warranty. I limped into the parking lot at 4:30, and they closed at 5:00. I was really expecting to be turned away because of stories I've heard, but they got me in and took care of it before they closed. I was very happy with their service that day, although I thought the installation price for (1) 31" tire was quite high at $190, when the base price is $140.
So, that's my praise for them.

Here's the non-praise for them, as received from my neighbor: He had to wait a full week for the install of a Superlift suspension on his Chevy when they quoted him 2 days.

Overall: mixed review, FWIW.:pat:

3of my ProComp AT have had succome to sidewall gashes (one new one with only 5k on it) and they replaced them due to the No Questions Warrenty. They sold me a mile marker for $450 and told me there was a rebait for $50, then the tried to tell me that the were mistaken, :wtf: that was unacceptable 7 phone calls, and 1 fax and still nothing till a big threat to return the used winch and i was soon credited $50. Another thing is that these tires carry 50k treadwear warenty and they are over 50% gone at 20k.....on the phone they already started to think of reason not to replace the origonal 2 with the most miles befor they have even seen them. I be there on Friday and I will get my tires! or else

Screw the pro Comps, I decided to go with 305/70r16 on Rock Crawlers. 4 wheel parts wholesale told me that there was no issue with using my factory mag lug nuts, but I soon found out that it started to rim out the inside of the bolt holes. I spoke to the Corporate Office and they connected me to the wheel expert, his manager told me to use washers. What a dumb ass suggestion so I contacted Tim at Procomp and was told "not to drive my truck, take my wheels back because they were very wrong and I probibly ruined my wheels after only 3 weeks." He was very upset with 4 wheel parts and told me to contact him personally if I have any problems with them. I called the Charlotte store and the manager said that the guy I spoke to was mistaken and must have thought I had aftermarket wheels already (why would I buy another set?) I got 2 flats on my 3 week old BFGs Mudders putting a boat in on a ˟˟˟˟˟ty ramp so they will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked and I'll bring my wheels in then.
