Warm M8000 wiring help

Traded some trail gear front springs for a warm m8000 and thought I had it all wired correctly but it won't spool in or out. No noise whatsoever. I've tested the motor directly with the battery and it works great. This is the wiring for the solenoid. I'm hoping it's just some crossed wires.

Not the same style solenoid. I've wired it like the diagrams I've found online. Still nothing all connections are tight but can't figure it out.

Have you checked that your control does in fact work ??

Switches not working ??

Open control cable ??

You have checked the solenoids do in fact work??

You really did not expect to get a Winch that worked ??

I've seen it work before, it's winched me out before actually. I got it from my uncle. I got a diagram from warn and wired it exactly the same as it is from them and still nothing. I haven't checked the solenoids yet but I'm guessing that's the problem.
