Trail gear replacement springs

Couple years ago I took the body off my 4runner did a bunch of work to it and what not. I cut the old spring mounts off and welded trail gear spring mounts on then painted the entire frame. Fast forward couple years I'm ready to ditch the trail gear springs but do not wanna cut and weld on the frame.

Has anyone replaced there trail gear springs with a junkyard spring?

If possible don't want alot of lift anything from stock -3inch would be awesome. I've seen F150 springs look like they would fit but seen mixed reviews saying they give 4-5inches of lift. Also seen Jeep wagoneer springs but looks like for those it's best to mix match the springs pack with those. People saying they are pretty weak stock.
