OME Springs for my '84 Truck - Which Leaf to Remove?

OME Springs for my '84 Truck - Which Leaf to Remove?
I bought the OME heavy duty springs but don't need the extra capacity or lift at this time (might in the future).
I've read that I can remove one leaf to get the same lift and ride as the medium springs, but the question is, which leaf?
As you can see in this picture, the front springs have 6 leafs and the rears have 7.
If you count the top leaf (which the bushings go into) as #1 and number them from there as you go down to the shortest leaf (#6 in front and #7 in rear), which one do I take out?
Thanks!

Well, I'm now 98% certain I have the correct answer, so here goes -
I called the ARB distribution center in Renton, WA as they have a tech department and talked to a guy who said that typically you remove the longest leaf that isn't part of the wrap, so that would be leaf #3 on both front & rear springs. He couldn't say for certain without doing more research how many leafs the light load front spring pack has.
I also PM'd Technical Driver as he just installed the CS008FA & B (light load) on his super sweet low mileage '85 Xtra Cab and he said he counts 5 leafs in his pack.
This combined with some info that confirms the above on a different forum has me pretty sure I remove leaf #3 from both front & rear spring packs to get where I want to be.
I also e-mailed ARB USA's tech department with this question but haven't heard back from them yet.
Thanks for reading and if I find any further information about this or when ARB gets back to me I'll update here.

Update: Just got this e-mail from ARB USA tech support:
-----------------------------
...
It is the 3rd leaf down on both front and rear that can be removed.
Hope this helps
