Long travel w/ 4wd yes.....same truck
check out jdfabrication.com for more...also FYI they're in Esco right next to Esco Auto Park.....
Stock Fenders?
you'll have to trim your fenders some for up travel....I ran stockers on mine for a while and it was ok as long as I left the bottom bolts loos for self clearancing..... othwise its only 300 bucks for glass......
LT w/ drop down bracket.....
not recomended
LT w/ body lift....
ok

Same as everything else.
They have longer arms and use t-100 axles which are longer by the same length.
I run the same setup, except with coilovers now and it is ok.
Fiberglass flares are highly recommended, especially if you want to keep the cops happy.
If you want to keep your height, but get a little more travel, you can use a ball joint spacer in addition to your bracket kit. It's good for 1.5" of lift and 1.5" of travel.
I like the JD kit better then ESB Fabrication (also in Esco) www.esbfabrications.com or Total Chaos www.chaosfab.com, but those are also options.
Pinnacle runs the Chaos kit and loves it.

Here is my setup:
Its the total chaos Gen II caddy kit.
I would also recomend fiberglass. Mine is only 3.25" wider per side with 3.5" fiberglass and my tires barley stick out of the fenders.
With all the kits you can run either torsions or coilover, but with the JD kit you can run either on the same kit. With TC you have the Gen I (torsions) and the Gen II (coilover). The ESB kit can only be run with coilovers.
As for price ESB is the cheapest ($1500) then TC (Gen I - $1900) (Gen II - $1600) and the JD ($2250). All are minus shocks, torsions, t-100 axles and fiberglass.

Also, the construction varies on all of the kits. The TC kit is mostly tubular construction. The JD and I believe ESB are boxed lowers, a bit beefier depending on what you plan to do.
This is how I roll:

I ran stock fenders with my kit....i just left a few bolts loose so the fender could move under compression....
the last truck has glass....I know that kid.....
On the 89-95 trucks you can also make really clean cuts in the fender well that actually look tasteful with LT.....
Also, FYI my buddy runs stock fenders on his Tundra with Camburg LT....no problems thus far and its been like 3 months....he also has 285's and TRD rims on there for perspective....
And ESB's cheap kit is tubular and only runs coilover now becasue of torsion bar adapter problems....thei other kit is 5.5 over but runs no 4x and is more serious and expensive.....JD is the only one with 4130 boxed lowers.....
