ummm, are you asking if Roger sells diffdrop kits? If so, then yes:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/DiffDrop.shtml

Or, are you asking if he has them for the 1st gens? If so, then no, it doesn't look like it.

Benefit wise, you do it to get better CV angles.

If someone can get me the measuements of the stock diff mount bolts (the two big bolts in back) and the same from the sway bar bracket bolts, I can make a kit for the IFS trucks similar to what I have for the 3rd gens and Tacomas. All you need to do is remove one of the diff bolts, measure the dia. and length (not including the head) and do the same for the sway bar bracket bolts, also need a center-center spacing on that part as well. Probably take no more than 10 minutes to get the data.

Just a pair of 1" tall spacers between the diff and subframe (longer bolts to hold it together) and a pair of 1" blocks under the sway bar brackets to drop it to clear the front driveshaft that drops as a result of lowering the diff.

The downside is that you are lowering the diff. itself and increaseing the angle on the front driveshaft u-joint, but the upside is you are lowering the angle on the CVs.

any way of strengthening my front driveshaft? isnt this what a suspension lift does anyways? sorry for the flood of questions rog but this ifs thing is new to me and you seem to have the knowledge! Would I have to lengthen my driveshaft? 1" doesn't seem much like it would do anything harmful to it really. when i get the money saved im getting the bj spacers from ya and when i get these measurements then i will order the diff drop. any ideas on rear springs to even out the rear? 2 1/2" seems like a good lift to clear these 31x11.50's real good since they are rubbing my inner fender when im in a nose dive and trying to turn. plus i could crank these torsion bars down to get that front end from being so stiff! i really appreciate it rog! 1 last thing...center to center measurement...on the diff bolts and sway bar bolts? measure from center of bolt to center of bolt from 1 side to the next?

Front driveshaft is plenty strong, if worried about it, you could have a driveline shop re-tube it in heavier wall tubing, but the front IFS shaft is pretty well tucked up away from danger. The driveshaft has a slip yoke on it and that will happily accomodate even a 4" IFS lift, so a 1" diff drop is nothing. Rear coil spacers and ball joint spacers would work fine and/or add a 1"-2" body lift:

ive been looking at making one for a while now, just havent had the time to crawl underneath to take the measurements. wouldnt you need three spacers? there are three places where the front diff bolts up iirc.

Yes, three mounts, good luck on the front one, this is simply allowed to pivot down unless you want to fab up a drop brkt. for the front crossmember.

Seems to be do-able, basically a copy of this:

I imagine adding the sway bar drop brkts. will add about $15-20 to the cost of the basic diff drop kit, so around $35-40 for the kit + shipping.

Not bad tat all..hey one last question...what was this center to center spacing measurement you were talking about? on the swaybar?

The holes on the two mounting bolts that hold the sway bar brackets to the frame. Basically need the rough size of the base of that bracket and how far apart the holes are and what size the bolt is in order to make a 1" tall block to fit between that bracket and the frame.

so wait, if you're not lowering the front crossmember at all, will it still lower the cv angle? if its just swinging on that mount, isn't that the closest mount to the cv's?

The CVs are roughly 1/2 way between the front and rear supports so will drop about 1/2 the amount of the spacer. This is similar to what is done on the 3rd gen diff drop, only everything is reversed the pivot point is in back and the spacers go up front.

If anyone has a clever way to lower the front crossmember or mount an inch or so, let me know.
