Clicking sound when in 4wd and turning or applying load mostly on when wheels turned

I have a 2005 tacoma with a 3 inch lift 33inch bf tires
camburg a arms / control arms

When I put my truck in 4wd and turn it grinds and makes noise.. it would seem a no brainer my CV joint is bad but when I look there is no sign of boot damage or grease leaking .. I got a good grip on the axle and there is no play at all etheir side ..

Has anyone ever had CV joints not display any visual damage like thlikend still be bad ?

Does this sound like something else besides cv joints?

My tacoma

Definitely sounds like a cv, I've had ones with bad joints but no boot damage. try to grab and shake the cv, shouldn't move a lot lol
