The bumper for the 90-95 4 Runner will fit. However the frame for an 86 is different so you'll actually want a bumper to fit your 86 frame. The frame reinforcement fits all frames 84-95 and covers pretty much the entire front of the frame. It does not hand down below the front of the frame. So if you don't have anything welded to the front surface of the frame it will work.

Ebay motorcycle turn signals fit well..

Thanks Terry I get a couple of hours a week to get things done... gotta work fast..


This one is a little upgrade from Zip tying my turn signals a 4xInnovations front bumper..
