Front Bumpers from 4x Innovations

4x Innovations has a wide selection of bumpers for Toyota trucks. We’ve been making these bumpers for quite a while now and they are being used and abused by many on the trails. Made from DOM where it counts for strength and HREW for supports these bumpers are made to be cost effective, strong but lighter weight, and have a great look, style and feel that can be customized to suit your liking. With our bolt on bracket and options like winch mounts, multiple stinger types, and even free body lift customization (up to 3") you can get wht you want for a price you can afford.

Here’s how the options lay out. Start out by selecting the proper bumper base model for your truck, then select if you want it to be a winch mount bumper or a non winch mount bumper. All base bumpers are shipped fully welded ready to bolt and/or weld to your truck. Next select your stinger type if you want one. . We also have a new weld on front frame support to reinforce or replace your weaker stock bumper mounting points.

Updated 6/27/08

All bumper are now bolt on including our bolt on bracket! The bracket is a laser cut, CNC formed bracket that comes welded to the bumper so you can bolt the bumper to your stock mounts. It is still listed below for the fabricator who'd like to buy just the bracket.

The options lay out like this:

Pick Ups and 4 Runners

* Fit....................................... Item......…………………. Price
* 84-85 Pick up and 4 runner.......Base w/ Winch Mnt…..$3368.00
* 86-88 Pick up.........................Base w/ Winch Mnt…..$3368.00
* 86-89 4 runner........................Base w/ Winch Mnt…..$368.00
* 90-95 4 runner........................Base w/ Winch Mnt…..$386.00
* ............................................Single Bend Stinger…..$10.00
* ............................................Double Bend Stinger.…$15.00
* ……………………………............….....Frame Support Kit..…..$35.00

Nice Looking bumpers. I'm trying to find one for my '88 1st Gen. I need more protection and a winch!

Can you offset front bumpers to allow for body lifts, for a cleaner looking fit? What's your average turnaround time?

p.s. I am very pleased with my set of 60" HREW sliders (with kickouts) from you guys.

Bob, Yes we do build these bumpers to fit body lifts! Turn around right now is probably 1.5 -2.5 wks.

You will be much better off that stock that's for sure! The bolt on bracket uses all 6 holes on the front of the frame AND the 2 holes that are on top of the frame. If you add our front frame support kit to strengthen the ears on top of the frame you'll have the strongest mounting you can get. I fully recommend this route over just a weld on any day. Also if you ever decide that you want to weld the bumper on it's as simple as welding around the bracket. You could even treat the bolt holes as plug welds if wanted (this is a very perminate decision though).

Bumper fits great, very well made. Frame reinforcement and gussetts make me feel pretty confident about the strength.

Finished mounting it up on Thanksgiving, and still need to relocate the turn signal wires up to the side markers. Oh, and get a winch, which, I'm told, has to wait 'till after Christmas.

Don't hesitate to buy from Adam. Fast shipping, excellent communication after the sale!

Here's a few crappy pics. Don't mind that driver marker light, and that big empty spot where the winch will go...

Kyle,

Not yet.

Where are you located? I've been looking for someone in this area with a 1st gen for a year now!

Yep you bet we do sliders! Here's a link to the page on our website. You probably could have. You could also probably sell your ARB and get one of our bumpers and still be ahead.

My ARB is kinda stove up, one of the little rubber things on the front is torn off. I'll be bookmarking the site you may hear from me in a year or two.

Gonna rephrase this post. How much to add side supports for a 2nd gen 4runner?

How about a 3rd gen 4runner? You'd be the only ones to make a tube style bumper for a third gen 4runner. I'd buy
