k, so i want 5.29 gears for my 85 yota pick up 5 banger, do i need lockers too??

also, i hear there is a rear diff/axel that has lockers, its a newer model vehical.. any idea what it is?? also..

The rear locker you are talking about is an Elocker from a Tacoma or 4runner from 96-04

r u sure its a 4 runner?? my buddy has a 86 and it doesnt have locking rears..

weird..

i was told that they are manual lockers like the front lockers on my 85.

I am talking about a locking differential in the axle, not manual locking hubs like on the front. Manual locking hubs in the rear isn't a good thing.

Do a search on what a locking differential is, and what is good/bad about them.

Sorry, I don't offer complete 3rds with lockrights. Only with Detroits, ARB or Spool.

Not at all. They are a little noisier than a Detroit, but nothing wrong with them. They work fine.
