questions about engnbldr timing kit

I have a cracked timing cover which has been siliconed up to prevent leaking oil, and it has worked ok, but its time to finally get this job done. I assume the cracked cover is due to a broken guide since that is very common (truck is at 135k)

This is my first time doing a "major" engine repair like this, but there seems to be a lot of documentation out there so I think I should be able to do it

Anyway, I was planning on replacing the timing chain and guides as well as the cover, and replacing the front main seal with the low profile seal from toyota that I've already bought, and my question is this:

Should I replace anything else while Im at it? Oil pump? Water pump? Will I need to remove the oil pan and if so should I do anything there? Anyone done this before that would have some tips or maybe link to a guide that helped them out? Appreciate any help and advice!
