I love it! Nice work! Bumper, sliders, winch and gear will settle it perfectly. Inspiring.

Glade, myself, and Brian took the 4runner up to Moody Hill and the quarry to play around.

Got some pics of how its currently sitting. We pulled the 3rd leaf down in the "HD" pack. As you can see, its front low right now, but we should have the new tire carrier/rear bumper done soon on it where it should level it out a lot better.

It definitely looks way ass high in the rear because there is no bumper.

Also took some center console pics. Along with his winch controls.

Here are his gauges. Notice the one on the left

Here are some sneak peaks. Glade just sent out the Exhaust manifolds and intake to laser to have the flanges built.

Turbo manifold will be a T4 manifold. That is a Garret TP-38 from a 96' Powerstroke. Not sure if that turbo will work well or not, but we're using it for mockup for now. It would be better suited to the 1UZ in the buggy, but we'll try it on the 3.4L to see.

Went in today to work on the buggy, but forgot the stuff I needed. Glade was in there working on his rear bumper/Tire carrier, so I said screw it and helped him knock out most of it. I had to leave at 3pm today, but he is still going after it. Its close.

Best part is that with the tire on it the frame height in the rear dropped 1.5". Its at 26-1/4". Front after pulling the "HD" leaf is at 25.5". I bet it sits level when were done with it at 25" overall.

IMHO, the ride height is about perfect now considering its on leaf springs. Especially considering this thing start just under 29" frame height.

For the record. This is NOT a production carrier. They can only be built in-house on the vehicle itself. And, yes, its another "lambo" style tire carrier.

Its a SouthCo Compression latch. AFAIK, this was the last one in the US when he found it. I used the same one for my last Lambo carrier. Iron Pig Offroad used to carry and use these on their tire carriers. They are about $90/ea

Pretty close to done. We just need to figure out the strut, and then get the Delrin into place to help preload the thing. But, I saw it tonight and its extremely solid already.

3.4L Turbo'd

He's driving it around. He is waiting on a custom harness for the AEM brain to really dial it in, but its moving around now.

Current ride height now. This is MUCH lower than when first finished.
