Our new bumper mounted on a 2000 4runner. (requires welding in new front crossmember)

Finished the rear bumper today. Just waiting for paint to dry overnight before I weld it on. No tire carrier. I think I am going to rig something up in the hitch to carry one for long trips instead of having it on all the time.

Then we went out and tested the flex to see what needed to be trimmed, and what needed to be bump stopped.

That is a thing of beauty right there !!!!!!!!!!!

Now you got to come up with something really cool to protect the bottom of the radiator.

I was wondering what you were going to come up with for the back. Normally I don't like tube on the 3rd gens, but this is really nice. I really like the plate on the sides as well as the tube across the back. Well done. This really finishes off the truck nicely.

i love the dimple dies. Looks fantastic. We have an ironworker in the shop where i work and i should use it more often. Do you use a press to use yours.

Yes, my 20 ton press makes quick work of them.
