I'm still trying to decide between the Bil setup or I'm just going to go with the OME since Slee Off Road is just down the road and can have them do everything.

Check out the Monroe Sensatracs. They also have a lifetime warranty and should meet your requirements if you are looking for the best ride possible for a 4runner that does not do a lot of off-roading. Here are a couple threads that talk about them:

As I said, I would like my ride a little more stiff/harsh than over stock, but supposedly the Limiteds have a stiffer stock setup than the SR5's.
I know bigger tires and brakes on the LTD's, but still not sure about the suspension.

I have a stock suspension. for 1-10 stifness.. if stock is 5 then i'd say 8 for bilsteins. I think getting my BFG ATs(& 1 size bigger=32s) stiffened the ride just a tad more over stock.

And you DON'T have a Limited, correct?
I am still trying to find out what the difference is between the LTD and the SR5 suspension setup.
Just as a reminder to all those in YT land, the dealer said the LTD has a stiffer suspension and larger tires and brakes. The tire & brakes part I know is true, but the suspension still makes me wonder.
I'm thinking if I were to go to the dealer for a suspension (I'm not, just saying if I were to do in under warranty or something), I would get the SR5 springs IF there is a difference.

I have a sports edition. Most of the SR5 model in its later years came with bigger wheels and brakes unless it was a 4 banger runner or a 2wd. I believe my specs are same as limited. Essentially only thing that's different from SE and Limited are power seats and automatic climate control and leather.
