Wood Kit and Pedals installed~

It was another day of modifications today...i put in my new wood kit and pedals courtesy of Burtman Industries...

Everything went very smoothly and successfully..

I got the gold/burl pedals in hope that they'd match the wood kit..and it turns out that they went together very nicely.

It all looks great..and i'm very pleased.

Next Mod>> Billet Grille...

That is cool to hear! I can't wait to see those pictures. How hard were the pedals to install? Any idea of time and what not. I am thinking about getting some someday, but just was wondering what you think? Do they have alot of grip as well. I was talking to Jason about them, but I never got to ask about installation and so on. Any info would be helpful. Thanks! :fireman:

It's a breeze..

Installing the pedals is a breeze...they were on in no time at all. I did have to re-adjust them however...b/c the new brake pedal has a lot more surface area..and thus, when i first put it on..naturally i centered it..however it then was too close to the gas pedal so my foot would touch it when driving. But i simply moved it as far left as possible..and it was perfect.

I don't know about grip...i mean, i never had any grip issues before...nor do i now. So i didn't pay much attention to that. I bought mine simply for the looks..as opposed to performance or anything like that. But they work great.

Not counting the time it takes to look @ the simple directions shown on the back of the box..you could install the pedals in 20 minutes easily.

Mine have been a hit w/ all my passengers...of course the first thing they see is the wood kit..but then once they see the pedals it's an instant reaction and compliment. The gold/burl match the wood kit..but are very flashy and eye catching. That's how i like it!
