Wiring up my driving lights

Yeah,
The only problem is that ive already bought 2 soldering irons and they are BOTH in freaking savannah and they would work perfect in my application. Just wait til you see the finished product... (if I use them). I know soldering irons aren't expensive but damn, i'm going to be swimming in them soon

How many watts are those irons? Probably will not be enough to properly weld 10 gauge.
McGeiver solution would be to heat up a sizable flathead screwdriver with a torch until it is glowing red, and that works surprisingly well in place of an iron.

I ran 8 gauge to the top of the roof of the 4Runner, then branched it off into 10 gauge... more flow=more power=brighter lights...
To a point, obviously... don't go putting 0 gauge on your roof.

So this will handle the power of the lights? Anyone know if they sell these at GM dealerships? They say they are GM OEM. I could get them at cost if I could get them from the dealership...
