Window Tint
Today I went out and got 15% tint added to my front windows.. I know its illegal and allm but I have a place who does "no inspection" inspection stickers, so im not worried. My question is, how dark should I make the other windows? I was thinking something along the lines of 25% on the rear 4 windows to make it really dark, then about 50% to the back window, as I dont want it to be impossible to see out of at night. some input on what to do would be awesome.. thanks guys

What was the original tint on your front windows? You can multiply that by what you added to get your final tint.
I would just do my best to match my back windows with the fronts.
Dark tint is great. It's saved me many times from being pulled over. It sucks that my inspection is going to be up this month. If I sell her to my parents it, I can just strip it.
Anyways, be careful with the dark tint if you haven't had it before. You have to learn how to drive with it. If you aren't sure, roll your windows down and use you side mirrors to back up.
This is all coming from a guy with 1.8% all the way around.

Match your tine with what you have on your front! I have 5% tint all round and its not that bad... in some tricky backing situation I wind down window but apart from that driving is normal with it! In New zealand I can can 5% legally on the back four and rear window but have to have 35% on the two front. Ive had 5% all round and have had no trouble go 15% all round bro itll look sweet and not so dark youll get pulled over!!
or you could go the mirror tint! hell yeah

.05 X .35 = .0175 ~ 1.8%

I hear about how you can get pulled over for an illegal tint, but has anyone actually been pulled over for it, or know someone who has? My friend had a Yukon that was tinted all the way around, especially the windshield, and he never got pulled for it. Just wondering if anyone has been pulled for it, and much of a fine is it?

I have 5% all the way around and love it. I'm thinking of doing a layer of like 35% on the front window. It'd hardly be noticeable but would make a nice difference. Also block some of the UV rays from coming in the front and eating away at the interior
