----------window problem-----------

I have had some problems with my windows not working properly. The door windows would roll up very slow, then not at all from the passenger side. I have never had any problems with the rear window. Just yesterday I had the rear window down and I tried to roll down the door windows, when I pushed the buttons the whole truck's electronic system surged real hard(lights went dim, idle lowered, etc) the passenger went down about half an inch and that was the last of the power windows. Not even the rear window works! I immeadiatly thought *blown fuse* but no. None of the fuses or relays are blown. Any advice?

have your alternator looked at. I had a 300zx that did some crazy stuff kinda like that, and it was an alternator going bad. also, check all your fusable links.

I always spray a little silicone spray down the rubber tracks. Makes move up and down real smooth. That seems to work for me

no no its not sticky, its fried, The rear window that had no problem is stuck in the down position and doesn't even try. I just recently upgraded my alternator to a 140 amp. But I dont think that is the problem because the windows have been acting up ever since I have had the truck. Where is the fusable link for the windows?

Turns out that it was a bad circut breaker. I jumped it with a wire so I could roll up the windows to go get a replacement. Thanks for the help.
