I just bought a 100W Sylvania bulb and was wondering if it will harm anthing if i use it since the stock bulb was 55W.

Really 100W?
Something you might want to make sure is if the 100W rating is pertaining to the output of the bulb or the actual power rating. A 100W bulb would have more current draw (I think 10A max.?) but the fuse is the safeguard that protect your wiring and stuff. You'll be fine I think.

I had a problem keeping 100w bulbs. They burned out VERY often for me. It was like every time I would go to turn the fogs on I'd wonder "are they going to work this time?"
