Okay let me see if I remember all the questions.. install was simple no need to remove old units these just lay on top of them ( Remove small screws and lay new ones in place put screws back in), so needle removal was not needed. there is one thing I'll tell you doe, I may remove the lower area since 2 things were reversed the brake light and I think trans temp but other than that it look fine. ( be sure to check alignment prior to completing install of pod back into the dash.
Were to get them .. http://procarparts.com/store/display...-4RUN-9698-IG6 and @ 39.99 how can you go wrong... ($10 or so shipping)
They also have the silver reverse but I went with these cause of cost and I thought they looked better
They have different lighten effect you can change from the switch someone asked about and from that you can also raise and lower the light intensity since full bright is pretty bright.
Yeah as for the "PRND2L" I don't use them either cause I don't have a light for them there, they still look fine so I say go for it for the price, unless you have money to spend
I guess I need to add more pics too, if it clears up. While I was MOD happy I also added a Revtek 3" lift and crossdrilled rotors and Performace friction pads at the same time last weekend ..
