Where is it? PVC??? Help

Alright I've searched the threads and the pic that someone posted doesn't show up for me. So I am asking this question again....Where is the PVC Valve located on a 90 3.0 V6???? Thanks in advance....

Hey man..it's kinda hard to see, but it's on the pass side. torwards the back/pass side of the engine...there's a large hose running to it

It's on the passenger side valve cover. Look under the intake plenum about midway back and you'll see it. There's a 3/8 inch hose going to it from the plenum. A flashlight helps. If you are going to replace it, you should consider pulling the plenum so that you can replace the grommet so it doesn't crack and fall into the valve cover. If that happens, the valve cover has to be pulled to have the pieces removed. I'm replacing mine when I replace my injectors. I tried doing it without pulling the plenum and it doesn't work. That grommet gets really hard and brittle so it doesn't like to let the new PCV go into it.

Darn, it don't sound like an easy fix. I kinda figured it was closer to the middle of the engine. I seen like 3 large hoses on the passenger side but was scared to start yanking on any of them. When you say plenum what exactly are you talking about? I haven't worked on a vehicle for like 6yrs and when I did it was a 81 Bronco....thanks

It's the upper intake. This motor has an upper and lower intake unlike your bronco. Just follow the hose that goes to the valve cover and you'll find it.

well thats my problem.....2 days later and I finally found it. thanks alot. I was wondering why I couldn't find my plastic valve. haha I musta typed it wrong, to early in the morning. But I did find it. Damn hard to get to! I don't know it I want to take off the Intake. Do you guys know if it will make any kinda difference if I do change it?? I am burning a bit of oil and it putter's when I stop the engine. Maybe this is normal for older auto's?
