where are the power window relays located?

where are the power window relays located?
I got a problem with my power windows on my 99 4runner, sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. is it a relay problem usually or a door switch?

Relays are in No.1 junction box, extreme left of lower dash. Do the windows all stop working together? If so, first verify power to master switch on drivers door. If present, I'd bet on a master switch problem, maybe in the lock-out button. These get rained on in the course of a decade and that's never good. Of course, it could be a ground, fuse, relay, short, or connection problem. You just have to get out your VOM and test light and narrow down the problem.
