When to change shocks & coils?
Im no suspension guru and I'm not open to the obvious, but when should one change shocks and coils on the 4Runners?
I've installed Bilistiens (shocks/coils) about 7yrs. ago. I feel the ride is fine, my wife says its to damn rough.
What is the lifespan of these shocks and coils? or is it depend on the amount of work you've put them through?!?

Thanks Paul H. I didn't remember if they were lifetime or not. I bought the coils with the Billies thinking they were one in the same, my bad. They were yellow like the Billies so I assumed they were the same manufacturer. :pat:
I'm going to have to dig into my files ( ) to find the paperwork, on the warranty. Methinks they are showing thier age, the coils are definetly sagging more than when I put them on 7yrs ago, they are still above where they were though before I put them on.
If anyone has info on lifespans on the Billies (Bilistiens) I'd appreciate a word or two from you.
Thanks.
