Thanks! I have another request for some measurements and for a couple of close ups, so I will try to take care of both tomorrow when I have some daylight.

Its not that bad yet but its a start, happend the other day. When you look level, one side is lower than the other and the middle is bent out. Also one of the mounting bolts is missing, REAL STURDY.....

Heres a picture of one of the latest 3rd generation 4Runner bumpers SSchaefer made recently. Powdercoated black. Im very pleased with it. Hopefully a pic will help this discussion.

This particular one is mine, and has 3, 2" RCVRs (long story why I need, but pretty cool that Steve did), instead of the standard shackle hangers and center hitch. Theres a whole thread about Schaefers Bumpers ( other Gens too) it in the Vendor advertising section, cant/shouldnt miss it.

It's been a while since I have seen the mounting system on a '94, so I can't say for sure, but I am sure you could manufacture some brackets to make something like that fit.

Bruce's definetly has my vote. As soon as I can get the money together that's what i'm building mine off of.

I like Bruce's as well. The side shaping is really nice!

Bruce, if you ever get DeMello or someone the specs, I'm sure we can send you kickbacks!

I'd get Schaefer to mix his w/ Bruce's and have the PERFECT rear bumper.

Its custom job that he designed himself. I realy dont know who made it.
He said his front bumper had over 40 hours involved, and it was made by the same guy here in Wilmington.

Favorite bumper for which vehicles? And are we talking square or round designs? Totally different from each other.

All Pro copied the Demello Tacoma round tube bumper almost completely. They just forgot to add several key stuctural elements, which give it its' strength.

I like all the high-clearance 4Runner bumpers I've seen so far.

Hey guys. That's my bumper in SeaFleas post. What he also didn't show you are the fold out tabs to wrap the rear cable around instead of winding all the way back in. Had he know about them sooner he might would have showed them. It also has the D-ring mounts and a spot for flush mounted lights you can somewhat see in the first pic and a 2" reciver. Even tucked it up nice and pretty so you can't see the body lift in those pics

Also want to add that it doesn't have any rattle at all to it. Even with that 38" TSL on it in the pic
