What's it worth?

What's it worth?
Not sure if this belongs here, but I'm not selling yet, so it doesn't belong in the classifieds.
Here's what I got:
'86 Toyota pickup 4x4 22r 5-speed. Odometer reads about 150K, but it may or may not be correct, but the title reads: THIS VEHICLE IS EXEMPT FROM ODOMETER DISCLOSURE.
Details:
Body is in great shape, with the exeption of some small surface rust on the cab. The box was replaced before I got the truck, and it's definately not an 86 box, maybe 90 or so. The driver side taillight is busted, too. The engine runs great, neither blows nor drips oil. Starter is about a year old, and the choke is bad on the carb. Included is a spare carb(still needs rebuild). 5-speed trans is from a rollover 85, just put in about 2 years ago. Transfer case needs a new rear seal, just haven't gotten to it yet.
Kelly Safari SUV 31x10.5 on 2-piece black steel rims with chrome ring. Driver rear tire brand new, others still pretty good, I can post tread depths if needed.
Interior is ok, cracked dash, worn seat. Heater works great. Has a sunroof, I removed it spring of 03 because it leaked bad. I cleaned up the frame and painted it, then reinstalled the sunroof and sealed it good.
The problem: From the cab back, the frame is shot. It is still driveable, I do everyday. The passenger front shackle on the rear end is up in the frame.
With the body in such great shape, I thought I would just park it for a while, then go get a good clean frame down south or something. However, I don't have the room to store it when winter hits, whenever that may be. So now what I need to know, is how much should I ask for it?
Here's some pics, the dark doesn't help much, but I didn't have time till late. I'll try to get better pics up soon.
