What wheels will woork on the 90 yota 4x4?
Quick question. I am looking for a cheap set of stock wheels for my 90 yota 4x4 and I was wondering if wheels off of lets say a jeep or chevy would fit. i cant seem to find stock yota rims any where. I mean what the bolt pattern and offset.

some chevy 6 lug rims fit, but the center bore has to be huge to clear the 4x4 hubs on the toyota.....
jeeps use a 5 lugs, not the 6 on 5.5" pattern that the 4x4 toyotas use... there are tons of stock rims for ytas all over the place, check ebay or craigslist.... there is also tons you can do aftermarket in terms of wheels

Many of the wheels on Dublin's list will not fit properly due to the center hole size and the backspacing as well.
Be aware that backspacing is an issue for IFS rigs.
The 85 Toyota 4x4 rims for example will fit on 86 or newer Toyota 4x4s but will stick out, 86 or newer rims will not go on 85 or older Toyotas at all because of the offset - they hit the steering arms.
Always best to trial fit one on the front before you buy.

Flamedx4 is correct to a degree. The factory backspacing on many of these will not work, but as for aftermarket many will. This is only a list of what wheels have the correct bolt pattern. i'm not sure I'd want to have a GM embossed wheel on my rig, but the aftermarket rims I use were ordered for a 98 GMC. The center hub differs on many of these as well, some larger some smaller. with this list and correct measurements of your backspacing and hub size you should be able to go to any yard or wheel shop and get what you need. The center hub could be larger and not a problem, also wheel spacers are availible but personally I don't care for that option.

I am not worried about looks. I won't have this thing on the road for a few months anyways. It's just that the 35"s make the truck too tall to do the things I need to do to right now. The bracket on my garage door hit the top of my truck this morning.
I just want a cheap set to get me to the shop for an alignment. I would live to find a set of Toy wheels 150-200 price range but i will take what I can get.
If I didnt leave my Digi at work i would snap a pic and show ya how close i am to the celing.
