See where I live, the roads have many inclines and declines, I sandbag the crap out of my pedal, i coast as much as possible, I drive -10 under the posted limit on highways and after all that and the mods I did, I struggle to get in the 20s.

Now, getting 25.9mpg, from all my testing, is basically impossible unless the roads are 100% flat, no lights, no traffic, speed is around 45-50mph, weather is right (75-80F), A/C off, etc... it's likely because your tires are undersized that you aren't getting the correct measurements.
Agreed
New personal best for me on a pure highway trip, 10.66 L/100km or 22 (US) mpg. very proud of that. Average speed 70mph (indicated).. windows open, A/C off, warm weather (75-80 F), 32psi in the tires.. hilly highway driving, little stop and go traffic. I had my bull bar and roof rack on as well.

Also, has anyone driven with ECT PWR on a full tank to see the mpg difference? I've noticed driving with it on, it feels smoother during shifts, instead of the rpm's driving up and down constantly, it raises up to 2000s and stays around there during gear shifting. shouldn't that be better on gas? correct me if im wrong. I always thought that when your RPMs have to drop down and climb up high is what eats your gas away?

My door sticker says our tires are 225 stock ? anyway how big are your tires? Just so I can compare to the 35psi im pumping in mine lol. My gf's pontiac g5 2007? gets 6.4L/100km in city going 70kmh, so jealous.

No, when you say 6.4l/100km city @ 70km/h... that doesn't sound like city driving to me. City driving is 0-50km/h stop and go, red lights, traffic, etc... (maybe i should call is "big city" driving.... ) 70km/h cruising i get great mileage, just when i stop and go it drops.
As for tire size, mine says 265/70r16... 32psi... you may have the base model which comes with the baby sized tires... what is your gear ratio code?

I always drive with ECT on... i love manual's and my truck is an auto, and it feels a bit more like manual with it on.. hard to describe, it's not perfect (newer auto's are much better than our 80's tech) but it seems to work better for me. I don't notice a mileage difference between ect on and off.

And yes ECT definitely feels better than no ECT on!

filled up a week and a half ago and the whole time driving on that tank, my engine was bogging down and not making full power, incredibly crappy and choppy throughout the RPM's... thought I was finally NEEDING a tune but filled up with gas from Ft Lewis next and not only did it smooth back out to normal but made much more power and went from barely 17 to 19.2 mpg's with the better fuel. Those were both 92 octane also! the first one was a 76 station in Lacey, musta been like 40% ethanol, cripes....
someone probably went pee in the premium tank.... hahahhaa

Just took a trip from sea level and went over two 9,900 foot elevation passes and managed 20.8 MPG. The truck is a TRD supercharged V6 with a 5-speed, sliders, 265/75R16 Load Range D tires, roof rack and loaded with camping gear. After 2 days of wheeling, quite a bit of idling and supercharger use playing around on desert roads, the worst tank I still got 18.9 MPG. I'm pretty happy with that.

Also does anyone know why some supercharged 3.4's get better mpgs then non supercharged? Somthing to do with craming more air in all the time? Its not like it adds more fuel with all that air, or anything like that right? Just air? Food for thought.

The supercharger doesn't really change the fuel economy unless you're in it all the time. Drive reasonably with a few spirited acceleration runs per tank and you probably won't see the economy drop; that was my experience anyway. But it does seem to get better mileage on long high elevation passes and I think that's because it's not getting worked as hard. On certain grades before the supercharger I was either near wide open throttle in 4th gear or running 4,000 RPMs in 3rd gear to stay at 70 MPH. Now I'm in 4th or 5th gear without being heavy on the throttle.

Good explanation on that. It does make sense to that degree. Your results are definetly believable. I could see that kind of mpg from your setup. Its mostly some of the other supercharged guys claiming it gave them an automatic 5mpg better all the time, that I'm referring to with the comment above.
Kind of an if you will, ..

You really made then look dumb. They didn't post their results for how good your economy would be with your engine off coasting down hill.

I also coast down a lot of big hills in neutral.

It's actually better to leave it in gear when going downhill, as it sometimes shuts the gas off completely....

Sometimes it does... when i watch my scangauge... it either reads about 3L/100km, or 0L/100km when engine braking... don't know why... it seems it doesn't ALWAYS use zero fuel... some times it idles.

14/17 at the moment. It does alright on the highway, but around town it's garbage. Lots of engine noise with little forward motion, I miss my 5 spd taco.
4.88's, 285/75 ATs, front/rear bumpers/sliders/winch. Fair amount of weight I suppose, but still . Maybe dropping to 265/75 with 4.88's will compensate some.
