Yes. When they were installing the covers, the guy offered to make me a cover for $10. I said sure.

Here's a thought, has anyone tried to get extra material and re-cover their door inserts to match? anybody else think this might look good/bad?

You totally read my mind. Most of my buddies are into Hondas and Toyotas and have Bride seats. They would buy extra Bride material and reupholster the rear seats and the door panels to match. This would be a little pricey if you don't have the skills to do it. I know a few custom upholstery places and they charge a ton.

I think it could easily be a do-it-yourself job. All you'd need is extra material and patience... if you're skillful with the rattle can you can even paint the door handles to match-

$.02

I think that's a great idea as well!
I don't know if I would use the grey or black on mine though. Any suggestions?
Anyone want to photochop the black onto mine?

I think the black would look awesome with the silver runner, the grey would look great too, but the grey would be more subtle...

Someone on TTORA had a write-up on how to do this on an 01-04 Tacoma. I have a printed copy somewhere and I'm glad I do because the write-up is no longer online.

Essentially it's to find a good amount of material that you want to use. Pull apart the door, pull off stock and use it as a pattern, rip off the padding and replace with quilt padding from fabric store.

Voila all done.

The pictures I saw were pretty good looking but I think I'll wait until the door fabric of my truck has worn out before I replace it.
