Rob: I have the Oak interior. Most people are going lighter like a tan for the oak interior. From going to the shop and fooling around with their color samples out in my truck there's no perfect match, go figure...brown...and they don't have it.

I went black on the outsides and #26 on the insides instead of the tan. We'll see how it turns out. I was trying to match the dark brown on the dash/steering wheel instead of the panel inserts or carpet.

EDIT:
#26 is darker than the dash/steering wheel color I should have added. It looks kind of red on my monitor but the actual sample was dark brown.

Those are looking really nice.
Okoles are on my short list of my Mods to do list. Gotta find the cash though. I better sell more Chicklets.

Do the Universal covers go on and off pretty easy?

I'm wanting some covers, but only for when I'm going off road. I'll just leave them off the rest of the time, so the $300ish for the custom seems a bit high for that purpose.

How does the neoprene do in the hot weather?
Because, the leather is a bit toasty when you sit into a hot car, and also leaves your back and rear much warmer than cloth. I was just wondering how these breath..

I can't speak for the other guys but I definitely have felt a little warm on those hotter summer days. If you're in the dry LA heat I don't think it's as much of a problem than in the higher humidity areas.

Not that I've gotten out of my car sopping wet but maybe warm enough to feel a bit sticky.

Your back and butt are going to get warm with these seat covers. Also, your vehicle will smell like a wetsuit for a while. I've had mine for over a month now and they still smell up the truck some. It's a smell I'm used to though from surfing.

I still recommend them. I fixed my picture links in the first post on this thread if you haven't seen them.

Oh yeah... I got mine used so I actually had to deal with a smoker's stench

I've heard that Wet Oks are a bit strong in smell for the first few weeks. Maybe a few friendly sprays with Renuzit or Febreeze?
