Last one, right! This just your excuse to get that Honda CRV you've been lusting over. I
Shane: "Well, I really wanted a green Tacoma, but since they didn't have any more green ones, I got this sweet CRV..."

If they can't bring it in, you might have to call some dealers. The dealer search does not bring up all cars, only cars that other dealers list. Items dealers think they can move are usually not listed immediately, but might show up later. FYI. I bought my DC from Titus-Will. Great experience with the fleet Manager, went through Autoweb at the time...

Another vote for Doxon. They have always been great for me. Next would probably be Renton. As for the rest, I have no experience with them.

I can't decide if I want to scream or cry... the green one sold over the weekend.

Now I'm stuck with the decision to either stick it out and see if I can find another green one (not likely), place a last minute order which could take as much as 3-4 months and possibly end up with an '05 (ick!) or pick from what's left out there. I wanted green damnit!

BTW, when you guys say Renton you mean Bob Bridge right? I'm poking around the dealers looking for my green truck.

Yeah, Bob Bridge.

Website.

Sorry to hear the green one you wanted was sold. Hope another one will show up.

Whelp, no more green left in the country. I ended up deciding on a red loaded Sr5 that they had on the lot. I'm pretty stoked, already thinking bumpers... lift kit... tires... sliders... Of course that's after I finish everything on my other truck. I'll post up a pic tomorrow if I get a chance.

Oh ya, and thanks again to Rob for the hookup and everyone else who suggested Doxon Toyota.

Congrats and you are welcome. I am glad it worked out more or less as you planned. Red is good... but I am kind of biased.

Ya, I don't know what I was thinking...

And I can honestly say that the red is growing on me, I'm a very happy camper.

Michael's in Bellevue is almost as bad.

Renton Toyota has a good reputation amongst my chapter members as does Puyallup. But we have a special relationship with Doxon in Auburn and if you want I can hook you up with my sales guy. He will treat you well and will get you the best price.
I bought mine at Kirkland. Paid what I should, nothing more/less. I had to haggle over 2wks and was a VERY unpleasent experience(i.e. "you need to do your homework" , "where did you get this rediculous price from?") Well I kocked off about $4000 from their "special discount markup" blah blah.... Shows how "Special" their deals are. Let me just let you guys know that it's been 2yrs, I never been back there since.

Actually the '86 does fit, barely... About an inch to spare.
