Vibration in 3rd gear, mid rpms, 4wd

I have recently noticed a new vibration. It only occurs in 3rd gear, around the middle of the rpm range, and only in 4wd. 89 Pickup, 160k, 22RE, W56 tranny, manual hubs. I did a search, but came up empty handed. Any ideas?

Huh? You can shift in and out of 4-Hi and 2-Hi at speeds up to 50mph. There's no way I'd be doing 50 in 2nd gear. Heck, at 50mph, I'm shifting out of 3rd into 4th. That's usually my shift point, since I don't have a tach. Incidentally, I never do more than 50 in 4-Hi.
