UROC event on ESPN II tonight
I know this isnt tech, i just wanted more people to view this thread. If the mods could leave it here till after tonight that would be great.
Anyway, i saw this on pirate4x4 and wanted to help spread the word. ESPN II is broadcasting a rockcrawling event tonight at 4pm eastern and i feel everyone that can should watch and give feedback. The more publicity the sport gets the more time and effort will be put into new technology , as well as the reduction in price for current technology, and maybe even more capable production vehicles in the future, so anyway, read this article and show your support Theres also going to be several broadcasts of other events in the future if you cant make it to watch this one

thats part the the reason for giving support, then in the future it will get better broadcast times. it would be really cool if someone had tivo or similar and could make a digital copy and make a highlight reel of it . Even if you dont watch it, send feedback anyway.

Wooooooooooooooooooo!!!! That was awesome. Those trucks can really scream. I had both my TV's on, and plan on watching the others. Only bad thing is after watching it, I have such an incredible urge to go out with my 1:10 crawler and tear up a park or two.... Just gotta get my yardwork done and shoot over there

from the looks of the setting in the back and that this ford is rock crawling poolside i say you're pretty well off and maybe one day you'll have a fully function rig that looks like that. Just with the fj body and all. Pretty homes in the back from what i can see. Looks like it should be the setting for a tv show or something. I like it. If you ever wanna trade neighborhoods, give me a call.

you crack me up! I drove out to this park, that has a pond. Its in a nicer area of the city. My house is no where near as big, as new, or as nice. But it's enough, and that's all I ask. Its actually a poser shot, but I am gonna get video of it shortly, I have one, but its only 17 seconds long, my next one should be more like 3 min long.
