Ugliest Surf I Have Ever Seen
I've seen a few of these cruising around town here. I was downstairs having a cold one when this drove by and parked down the street. I had to show you all this:

Is that UGLY or WHAT???

Okay. If you ditch the grill, bumpers, all plastic parts, put on a SAS, 4 inch lift, sidebars, lockers, re-gear, 33's x10 rims, two winches, I might actualy look okay to me.:pat:

could look better
if they had spent money on bigger rims and low profile tires and put a huge ehaust tube out the back it might look better. but i agree it does look very ricey but remember this truck was photograhed in japan. Maybe the slammed rice rocket look was what they were going for. To each his own. I saw some photo's of over size wheels on stock runners in the forum here that looked wacked but if the owners had put the effects package on that this guy has it might have worked. just my 0.02. Looking at one of my older Surf brochures...that's pretty much a factory stock 'Sports Runner'. The front and rear bumpers have been changed, but the wheels and total look is just like the white one in my brochure. It's a 2WD. Must be the 'black sheep' of the Runner family.
