Tune up Questions

I'm givin my 01' Tacoma V6 a tune up and was wondering if it would make a differnce on what I did first and this is what I am doing

New air filter K&N
New oil filter K&N
New fuel filter
44K fuel system cleaner
New spark plugs
Oil change Mobile One Synthetic
Flush the radiator
Flush the tranny

If it makes a difference any suggestions on what I should do first?

Why the change to the K&N air filter? From what I understand (not personal experience) they tend to oil up the MAF sensor, yet produce little in performance gains. I'd also stick with OEM oil filters, but am interested to know what advantages K&N might have.

Don't use any air filters you have to oil, the oil can contaminate the air flow sensor. High flow filters offer questionable performance gains. Someone recently tested dirty vs clean filters & they were surprised that there was no measurable performance difference. ( I think Consumer Reports?) Just use a quality replacement.
