for what its worth, i dont see how the struts could be the cause of not enough lift in the front. its the springs that give lift, the struts dampen.

There are no plans for lowering the rear...The winch i had on the truck broke the first time i used it...I have a new Warn M8000 in my backseat thats going on tonight...I will be taking measurements to see if there's any change in height before/after the install or if it's just an optical illusion...305's should go on late this week or early next week

The rear really isn't sky high...its how low the front sits that makes it appear that way

So if they are coils and were installed in 1995 and have the color codes as I have listed for the brand new coils, they are not correct.
I don't think you guys realize the amount of time that goes into researching and chasing these parts down.

The difference between no bumper/ winch on the front and TJM and Warn M8000 was 1/4", so not that much difference...I trust Steve's knowledge of this suspension set up so i will just have to get used to that much rake. Here's a pic w 305's and the M8000 up front

So with all that lift, you’re running FZJ-80 shocks? right?
If so you need the fixes or you will over compress the shocks squishing the guts out and destroy your rear sway bar. It will also trac better down the road and over bumps, like it did when it was stock.
E-mail me if you want to "fix it".
