Transfer case grinding noise!!

I just got my runner out of the alighnment shop and I tested my lift out for the first time and when I put it in 4 low or 4 high it would make a small but very noticeable grinding noise. It sounds like its a wheels or gear spining and and its hitting a certain point every second or something. the frequency increases equally as I rev the engine, while moving. WTF

Its got gear oil, there are no lights on. Nothing to indicate something is wrong, except the noise. It goes in and out of 4 wheel easily and seems to work fine. I know it works for sure too.

When I was putting my lift on I broke off a sensor, but pushed the prongs all the way back into the end and glued and taped it. could this be a prob, I dont know for sure what its for. I think its just a fluid sensor.

How much of a lift did you put in? It could be runout on the driveshaft.
