Toyota brake pads
Greetings I received a flyer from the local Toyota dealer, advertising Toyota brand brake pads for $34.95, for most vehicles.
Most folks here mention Performance Friction as a brand. Anyone for or against Toyota brand brake pads. Are the TRD pads better than stock Toyota pads?
Thanks

My originals lasted 80k and The new ones are just great. I bought them from the dealer when they had a special - 25% off all brake parts. Bought Pads, Shoes and Rotors.....should have bought aftermerket rotors though!!!

I think the OEM pads are decent but the PF pads were an improvement, although not by leaps and bounds, IMO. If you haven't replaced your rotors, watch (or I should say "feel") for vibration. If you have vibration while braking, consider the Brembo rotors. MUCH more durable than the OEM's...

Don't know how they compare to the tundra swap, but they are about $50 each at:
