... and they said that there is a leak and they will take care of it. They also said that they don't see anything wrong,... that's what I toghut they would say. But,... my gas mileage is still 16 a gallon. they said it could be a sensor failing,... a sensor failing at 61,000 miles? the forst sensor that came to mind would be the O2 sensor,... how long they usually live? How much they cost,... I went to thepartsbin and they didnt have it there? Any good places to buy toyo parts online? Most importantly,... anyway around buying OEM parts? With my old porsche,... instead of buying the $200 O@ sensor we would buy a regular bosch O2 sensor than just transfer the connector from the old to the new. Is that possible with toyo? what other sensors would effect gas milage and performance if failing?

 

Damn,... I just realized that my truck is still under warranty so I don't have to replace it,... but they wont replace it until it fails,... maybe I can take the truck to pepboyz and have them run a dianostic on it? what you guyz think?

 

O2 sensors should last for a lot longer than 61k...i had mine replaced at around 126-127...but I have no idea if that was the first time it had been done because I have only owned this truck since mid July. Sensor should run around 90 and some change so...not too bad. But I would wait until the warranty steps in before spending you're own money...thats just me though.
