Tires too big?

I just bought a set of 31"x13.5" Mickey Thompson Baja's on a 15x10 rim... They ride a little funny... I have a steering stabilizer on the truck now, but I am thinking I need to rebuild some of the rubber bushings to make the ride better.

They are bias ply tires. They will ride funny. It will steer funny too. I ran one set of bias plys once, and will never do that again! Sold them before 6 months was up, got the same size tire with similar tread (gnarly mud tires) in radials, different as night and day!!
