timing belt replacement...

i am going to be changing the timing belt and ac and alternator belts soon, i have 104k miles. i had a quesiton about the other parts to be replaced, water pump, crankshaft seal, cam seals, tensioner, idler pullyes. which one of these or all should be replaced and what if they are not leaking, should they be replaced anywaz? i need some guidance... i am definitely not tackling this myself, i will have a shop do it, but im going to provide the parts.

My thought is just to do those items if you have to and I am at 125k on mine with all original parts you mention above (ie I didn't replace anything but the belt). If the truck has seen good maintenance, then I would only replace them if they are damaged/leaking but if the truck has not been well cared for (ie no frequent coolant/oil changes) then I would do the WP and seals for good insurance.

Tensioner, pulleys and water pump. As far as the pump, it's going to be accessible anyway and you'll kick yourself in the butt if you don't and it fails. Cheap insurance, if you ask me.
