Looks like there is a 1 gasket for the upper cover and 1 for the lower cover and 1 for the water pump. If you want I will email a pic.

It's alright, just as long as i know that there are 3 gaskets that i must buy. I want to do all the work in one day, not wait for parts.

The upper and lower timing belt covers on the 3.4 are plastic, and they only have a foam dust seal on them. As long as they aren't damaged, you shouldn't have to worry about anything. If they are, I would just touch it up with some RTV and let it set up before reinstalling.

The water pump gets a gasket, and should come with the water pump, or you can use FIPG or high heat red RTV. The thermostat gets an O-ring seal.
